AJI FISH BUTCHERY
It all started with an idea during the pandemic. Jeff Kim was receiving frequent calls at his restaurant asking where to get sushi-grade fish, decided to take matters into his own hands and start his own fish butcher service. This venture was inspired by cherished memories of eating raw fish with his grandmother and mother. Now, Jeff aims to help others create similar memories around the table, centered on the high-quality fish he passionately serves.
